Next Spanish Club Meeting!!

The next Spanish club meeting will be held on Thursday, October 4th. We will be painting candles for Day of the Dead and of course, we will be having frozen margaritas and lots of other food! Now, for all of you procrastinators, do not despair. You may still pay your Spanish Club dues at this meeting. You may also order T-shirts at this time. This will be your LAST CHANCE to pay your $10 dues or buy a T-shirt!! I'll see everyone at the meeting!!

Spanish Club Dues Drive!!

There will be a Spanish Club dues drive this Thursday, September 27th. We will have a table in the courtyard during both lunches, so come pay your dues!! We have a total of 12 paid members out of the 200 or so that signed up at club fair...so if you want any more frozen margaritas, you might want to get on top of that and bring 10 bucks to school on Thursday =) Oh, and of course, you can always go and see Ms. Burke in room 505 between now and Friday to pay. In addition, we will also be collecting money for Spanish Club t-shirts.

Club Fair and first club meeting!

The Stanton Spanish club will of course have a table at this year's Club Fair at Stanton. Come stop by our table and see what Spanish club is all about! Hopefully, this year's Spanish club will be even better than previous years. To get the year started off right, we will be having our first meeting the day after Club fair. This means that our first Spanish Club meeting will be held on Thursday, September 6th. It should be a great meeting where everyone will be able to: meet the new Spanish Club officers, place orders for Spanish Club T-shirts, learn about what is planned for this year, and of course, EAT!! The chocolate fountain will of course be back on Thursday, as well as a new treat for this year, frozen margaritas (non-alcoholic of course), which should hopefully become a staple at all Spanish Club meetings for this year! I hope to see all of our members from last year return, as well as new upperclassmen, oh, and Freshman, you can come too of course! I'll see you all on Wednesday during B lunch and Thursday after school in room 505!!
